LCS products are sold for professional consulting and laboratory use only and are not intended for any other commercial, drug, medicinal, household or other consumer purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to persons not considered qualified to handle hazardous substances, or if we suspect that the intended use of the chemical is for illicit purposes.
- Ordering
- Our prices are subject to daily changes without notice. The pricing is shown in Canadian Dollars (CA). Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are extra.
- Payment
- We accept Checks, Money Order, Wire Transfers, Pay Pal, and all major Credit Cards (through PayPal). For clients with an established account, we will offer an option of the Purchase Order which is payable in 30 days.
- Canadian Taxes

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address. Ontario Retail Customers are charges PST and GST. Clients from provinces other than Ontario are charged GST only. No Canadian taxes are charged on International order.
If you Company is tax exempt, please first register your company with LCS store, and then fax us your proof of tax exemption. Your profile will be updated within 24 hours.
- International Taxes

Attention international buyers. When shopping in LCS Store, your default address assumed to be in Ontario, and system might show Canadian taxes. It will be corrected at check-out point when you give your proper address or you can simply log-in into you account.
Buyer is responsible for any import and local sales taxes specific for your country.
- Shipping & Delivery

Laboratory Connection Services (LCS) store takes pride in providing great customer service. We will do all we can to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you selected UPS as you shipping method, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you chosen “Economical” shipping, it may take from 1-3 days within Canada, and up to 3 weeks for oversea destinations.
Buyers, please be sure that you provide internationally accepted format for your address, and your complete contact information. We deliver to physical addresses only.
If you require a shipping to address different than the billing one, LCS store reserves the right to contact you for clarification. This option is available for registered accounts only (not for Guests buyers).
- Shipping Insurance
- You shipping is covered for up to $100 Canadian dollars. If you are looking for higher insurance coverage, please email us at sales@labconserv.com specifying your order number, and required shipping insurance coverage.
- Privacy & Security

Information is collected for the purpose of providing clients with requested service.
LCS does not disclose email addresses or any other contact information to outside organizations except when required by law.
LCS does not handle or store sensitive financial or health related information. Please do not email us your Credit Card Information.

- Returns & Replacements

We take great care to ensure that your order is filled and packed accurately. Upon receipt of your order please examine it closely. Contact us immediately if material is missing or damaged.
Should an instance arise when the quality of the product does not meet your expectation, we will do our utmost to correct the problem. If we cannot satisfy your concerns we will gladly accept return of the item and issue a full credit. Returns for other reasons may be subject to a restocking charge.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number contact our customer service office at sales@labconserv.com. Any goods arriving without a Return Authorization Number may be refused. We are unable to accept for return:
Items which are opened or used, unless they are found to not meet specifications as described in catalogue Items which have less than 3 month of shelf-life left Items that are damaged, modified or shelf-worn - Warranty
- LCS will replace or refund any product that fails to meet the published specifications or is materially defective. All instruments are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. LCS makes no other warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. LCS will not be liable for any damage or other loss, however caused, in excess of the purchase price of a product in respect of which any claim is made.
